EIGHT MONTHS

I turn 42 today and the boys turned 8 months yesterday.  Too fast!  TOO FAST!  We have been home for a few days from our 2 week trip to Rio to see the family.  Update on that to come soon.  The boys have changed so much in the last few weeks.  Everyone has teeth.  Lawrence feels ready to crawl, he moves constantly.  Harris can stand all by himself while holding on to a table or chair.  Antonio is so talkative and smiley.  Here's a few of the boys lately.

Home again

Looks like my post from 2 weeks ago JUST got published. Oops. We are on our way home now. Too much to tell in an iPhone post. Here's a few pics.

On the road again

We made it. After 24 hours of traveling we are here in Rio. The boys did very well the first leg to Dallas and during the layover. I got day passes for the Admirals club in Dallas which made the layover better - free Bloody Mary thank you very much.

Then we got on the 11 hour flight to Rio. Thankfully we bought seat for 2 of the boys since the ones in their car seats were the only ones that slept well. Harris sort of slept for 2 hours in my lap the first half of the flight. Then Lawrence woke up so I put Harris in the carseat where he slept the rest of the flight -- but Lawrence was up for the remaining 5 hours. Bouncing and barfing. Not my favorite day for sure. Amelia also spilled apple juice and then milk all over herself. I got her changed just in time for Lawrence to throw up everywhere on her.

When we got to Rio and there is no elevator to get to baggage claim -- as you can see from my photos this stroller this is not something I can take on an escalator. They had to take me some crazy back way to get to baggage claim. But we are here with family, my grand parents got to see the boys for the first time. So 2 rough days down - wish is luck going forward ...
