In the last week not only has there been no shopping, but I've actually done a little reverse shopping. These shoes:
I purchased these a couple of months ago, but now they are on sale at Nordstrom, a quick email to their customer service department got the difference automatically credited to me.
Then, I recently purchased this Pottery Barn "Daily System" and then noticed that 3 weeks later, the entire system was on sale an additional 20% off.
Again, went online to the "live chat" feature of Pottery Barn and got almost $100 refunded to me on my order!
A successful reverse-shopping day.
no arguing or anything??? how did you do it?

I just called them and said - this is on sale now! I had the order number and was reimbursed within minutes.
