Thanksgiving!
I wore these orange shoes to the right.
There was a "What Not to Wear" Marathon which made it difficult to be concentrating on cooking and family.
We had a big day and did a 5 K "Walk to Feed the Hungry" in town. I dragged the whole family along with me, but it was a gorgeous day. Amelia stayed in her stroller for the first mile, and the rest of the time was spent walking, running and on my shoulders.
This picture to the right was taken seconds before she fell. Yes. She walked the 5 K with "night night" in her hand. We have 3 "night nights" in case one is dirty or goes (god forbid) missing...
Look! I'm cooking! And drinking delicious wine.
Look! A grown up table! We always eat like this! (exactly the 2nd time ever that we've used this tablecloth)... who makes tableclothes out of white anyway?
The day after, we relaxed, digested and I might have watched 6 episodes of "what not to wear" (when will people learn to trust stacy and clinton???)
Funny Amelia story for the day. Because my mom is with Amelia when I'm at work, I'm always suprpirsed about the new words Amelia knows. I always knew my mom was overprotective, but I was laughing today as we unloaded the dishwasher, and A says "cup... plate... spoon ... danger...." danger? oh. the word for "knife" is "danger" in our house. Because I'm sure Amelia knows what danger means...
